1 Definitions

For clarity throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the 3999bet platform belonging to a single verified individual.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a user's 3999bet account, excluding any bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or matched deposit amounts granted by 3999bet under specific promotional terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Account Security

3 Age Verification & KYC

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Funds

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus

6 Betting Rules & Market Settlement

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until 3999bet has accepted it and a confirmation reference number has been generated and displayed to the user. 3999bet reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason, and to set maximum stake limits on any market at its discretion. If your bet is not confirmed, no funds are deducted from your account.

Errors in Odds

3999bet makes every effort to ensure odds are accurate at the time they are published. 7 Live In-Play Betting Rules

3999bet's live in-play platform allows bets to be placed on markets during ongoing sporting events. The following rules apply specifically to in-play betting:

• In-play odds are subject to change at any moment. Once you have confirmed a bet at a quoted price on 3999bet, that price is locked in for your bet regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Markets may be temporarily suspended during critical moments — goals, wickets, injury timeouts — while odds are recalculated. Bets cannot be placed during suspension periods.

8 Abandoned, Postponed & Shortened Events

The following rules apply when a sporting event does not complete as scheduled on 3999bet:

• Abandoned Events: If an event is abandoned before a result is possible, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned, unless a result has already been determined at the point of abandonment and the relevant market has already settled.
• Postponed Events: If an event is postponed to a different date, bets will remain valid if the event takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. If the event does not commence within 48 hours, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. In-play bets at the time of postponement are voided regardless.
• Shortened Cricket Matches: In cricket, if a match is shortened by rain or other interruption, results are determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3999bet. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

10 Account Suspension & Closure
